LEAP is a Christian leadership development program designed for Year 9-12 students who want to grow in confidence, discover their God-given purpose and learn how to make a meaningful difference in their schools, churches and communities.

Students develop practical skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, innovation and project planning. They move from understanding themselves as leaders to developing and delivering a real project that addresses an identified need in their community.

LEAP combines flexible, self-paced digital learning with facilitated discussions, collaborative activities, mentoring, reflection and hands-on project work. Students learn independently before applying their knowledge in richer, practical experiences.

• Weekly learning links organised in one central place.

Every student who completes LEAP receives a Certificate of Achievement. Eligible students can also receive credit for two units towards selected Alphacrucis business qualifications, giving them a head start on future study.

Credit is subject to applicable Alphacrucis eligibility and credit arrangements. Eligibility and credit are not automatic.
