About this course
Leading Through Crisis equips church and ministry leaders with practical skills to navigate seasons of uncertainty with confidence, clarity, and hope. Drawing on real-world examples such as the impact of COVID-19, this course explores how to understand crisis, prepare before it happens, lead effectively in the midst of it, and guide people through recovery afterward. You will learn how to build strong leadership foundations, unite people around a shared vision during challenging times, manage high-pressure decisions, and develop strategic responses that sustain momentum beyond the crisis. By the end of the course, you will be better prepared to lead with resilience, wisdom, and innovation, helping your church or organisation remain strong through disruption and change.
